Refund Policy
Refunds are available for unopened software only. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of date of purchase. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment.
However, Software that has been installed and activated is not eligible for a refund.
ALK Technologies Limited is a Company based in Europe that complies with the protection of Consumers in respect of distance contracts (Directive 97/7/EC and its various implementations in the different EU countries).
Although the law gives the consumer the right to cancel the distance contract purchase within seven (7) working days day from delivery, the law also contains explicit exemptions for computer software and services. As such, the seven day cancellation period does not apply in instances where you have either downloaded Software from our website or generated or were provided a generated Product Key Code to unlock some of our Software features. Once this Information, Software or Product Key code is e-mailed to you, there will be no refunds possible.
Please note that this seven (7) working day cancellation period does not apply to business customers, only to consumers.
